The vision for this design was to create an inspiring yet practical environment that accommodates impressive growth. Establishing a responsible and forward-looking image was paramount, and this office embodies a transformative approach to corporate spaces, enhancing how clients, visitors, and the public engage with the organization. Key social areas—including the reception, boardroom, multipurpose room, various meeting spaces, and a spacious café breakout area—interconnect seamlessly, forming a cohesive and fluid environment. The striking visual links between the north and south façades provide a strong sense of orientation, ensuring that the space is vibrant and lively, leaving visitors with an impression of a unified and progressive organization.
Most building services are cleverly concealed beneath the floor, while a warm timber vaulted ceiling rises to three meters, drawing in natural light from both directions and guiding the gaze throughout the space. The lighting design enhances the ceiling’s beauty with warm washes, creating an inviting atmosphere. Additional recessed downlights further enrich the space, contributing to a balanced and welcoming illumination.
